Overview
This position will focus on working with utility providers to specifically request waivers and credits of late fees processed on utility invoices. This position would assume all responsibilities of working with providers to attempt to get the provider and Conservice-caused late fees waived and credited back to the accounts.
Responsibilities
- Utility Provider Negotiations: Engage with utility providers to negotiate the waiver or reduction of late fees identified as either Conservice or Provider-caused
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between Conservice and utility providers regarding waivers of late fees, ensuring clear and effective communication both verbally and in writing.
- Review and Documentation: Clear documentation on the status of late fees and confirmation of accuracy on reporting and client refund amounts
