As a Supply Chain Performance Analyst you’ll be responsible for supporting our Customer Fulfillment Hubs in Latin America to meet their performance objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze data and identify trends to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
- Monitor and track performance metrics related to supply chain and logistics, including inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, and warehouse operations.
- Facilitate goal-setting sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change across the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain and logistics operations at the Region level, while ensuring that we meet or exceed our KPIs.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with a focus on performance metrics.
- Fluent in English is MANDATORY (speaking and writing).
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain and logistics operations.
- Experience managing a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
