Title: LATAM Spanish Integrated Marketing Specialist

LATAM Spanish Integrated Marketing Team seeks a highly motivated and dynamic Integrated Campaigns Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role combines the strategic and technical aspects of Internal Communications with the hands-on, event-driven focus of field and campaign marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong internal communication skills and primarily focus on pipeline generation for our sales teams. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, generating leads, creating pipeline, and supporting our B2B SaaS sales efforts.

This position will work and collaborate effectively with a remote regional team, in collaboration with Corporate Teams, supporting Campaign Managers, Field Marketing Managers, Partner Marketing Managers, and Business Development Reps to ensure lead/opportunity/pipeline pace is on target working with Sub Region BDRs and Sales teams to maintain a constant flow of Leads, Pipeline, and Bookings.

Responsibilities

  • Internal Communication:
    • Create and execute internal communication actions aligned with the company's objectives and goals.
    • Create and distribute internal presentations, newsletters, and other types of communication to keep employees informed and motivated, collaborating with Human Resources and other departments to ensure consistent and effective internal communication.
    • Organize and conduct internal events, All-Hands meetings, Townhalls, and webinars to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
    • Maintain, use, and leverage all internal communication channels, including groups on collaboration platforms and/or spaces and instant messaging channels.
  • Field / Campaigns Marketing:
    • Develop and localized Marketing Campaigns and high-value content.
    • Activate Digital Campaigns.
    • Support events when needed (trade shows, conferences, webinars).
    • Collaborate with sales to target and drive event attendance.
    • Coordinate event logistics and on-site execution when needed.
    • Execute 1 on 1 account activities.
    • Agency Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related.
  • 2-4 years in internal communications, field, partner marketing or related role.
  • Proven success in marketing campaigns and lead and pipeline generation.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS industry and sales processes.
  • Strong communications skills. Proven experience with Internal Communications.
  • Proficiency in Email Marketing (Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Experience with Web and CMS (WordPress)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines (Asana)
  • Experience with Paid Social (LinkedIn) and Organic Social.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to make data-driven decisions. (Tableau, GA)
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Video production and editing experience. (Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (Spanish and English).
  • Small events organization, logistics and agency management.
