The Role

Position Description:
Join our dynamic Sales team, where you'll provide top-tier support to our LATAM customer base, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across departments. In this role, you'll work closely with the Regional Vice President (RVP) and Managing Sales Directors (MSDs), supporting internal activities and special projects. With your sharp business acumen, you will assist MSDs in reviewing sales performance, contributing to strategic decisions that drive our success. This is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Support internal sales activities
  • Support regulatory activities
  • Support MDs and SSDs to provide mid-year account plan updates
  • Review preparation of region's marketing activities
  • Provide reports to the Team regarding TACs and OU events
  • Will participate in trainings and ERG events


Preferred Qualifications: (in addition to the requirements below)

  • Electrical or Telecommunication Engineer, Business or Marketing majors
  • It would be preferable if you speak Spanish or Portuguese


Minimum Requirements:

  • Eligible candidates must be one of the following:
    • Part-time or full-time students who have completed 24+ credit hours (rising sophomores/juniors/seniors) and are enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university; Part-time or full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited college or university
    • May 2025 graduate
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and maturity in the workplace
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken English
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in use of MSOffice Suite
  • 3.0 GPA or above preferred


Summer Intern Program Description:

  • Paid internship: 6 months internship starting on Monday, May 27, 2025
  • Schedule - 40 hours/week, Monday- Friday, 9 - 5 or regular core hours
  • Hybrid environment (minimum 3 days in office location)
