Your role at Clorox:
Join our LATAM Quality team! As a LATAM Quality Specialist, you'll drive the implementation and improvement of Quality Assurance Systems across the region, ensuring standardization and consistency. You'll collaborate with site QA leaders, technical teams, and external partners to uphold Clorox's quality principles, provide training support, and facilitate continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:

Execute Strategic Quality Projects: Drive the implementation and ownership of quality projects, systems, and processes to strengthen site quality capabilities, including SOP/standard revisions, QSE training process optimization, and system integration initiatives.

Champion Continuous Improvement & Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address operational quality system gaps, communicate outages, and develop rectification plans. Support complex product issue resolution through detailed root cause analysis and effective CAPA implementation.

Contribute to Innovation & Quality Standards: Provide essential quality input for low-complexity innovation projects, defining critical-to-quality characteristics and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Commit to Continuous Learning & Development: Actively participate in internal and external training programs to enhance expertise, maintain relevant certifications, and stay abreast of evolving industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide support to LATAM Operations for both regulated products and non-regulated products

What we look for:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field, or proven equivalent professional experience with 5+ years in Quality and/or Operations within bulk chemical manufacturing
Skills and Abilities

Comprehensive knowledge of quality systems and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Demonstrated proficiency in quality technology, including laboratory methods and statistical analysis, to drive data-driven decision-making.

Extensive experience and/or training in a broad range of production operations, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving.
-
Experience working in regulated environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of compliance requirements (a plus).

Strong independent leadership skills, with the ability to self-prioritize tasks and balance strategic improvements with urgent quality demands.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and representation of the quality function on cross-functional project teams.

Proven ability to apply strong problem-solving, issue resolution, and root cause analysis techniques to drive continuous improvement.

Excellent written and verbal business communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in documentation and computing, including report generation, database management, and resource tracking, to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient operations.

Ability to engage in technical conversations and effectively communicate in both Spanish and English.

Flexibility to travel 15% - 25% to support regional operations and initiatives.
