LATAM PRICING ANALYST- CR

Job Profile Summary:

Responsible for finding the best transportation alternatives for the different customer requests in terms of time, price, and quality, following up on the requests submitted.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Elaboration and control of quotes for the Latin American region.
• Rate negotiation, finding the best ones in price, service, and transit times with different suppliers.
• Maintain good communication with customers.
• Advice on pricing to internal and external customers.
• Elaboration of tenders.
• Generating monthly or weekly reports requested by Management for the proper follow-up of the department goals.
• Assistance in solving problems of potential and existing customers related to rates, transit times, routes, or carriers.
• Comply with quote response times.
• Collaboration with the fulfillment of the goals established by the Corporation.
• Coordinate the department priorities.
• Send instructions for the coordination in the Operations department.

Required Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 4+ years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in Spanish/English both verbal and written.
