The Role
The intern will support the Regional Supply Service Center by assisting in data analysis, preparing KPIs, and maintaining workflows in a collaborative environment.

Role Summary
Responsible to support the team in different processes along the Regional Supply Service Center, ensuring accuracy of data for analysis and decision making.
Accountable for maintaining KPIs for weekly and monthly meetings and consolidate information to present to different forums.
You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment, in data analysis, inventory management and processes related to supply chain.
Role Responsibilities
  • Assist in data driven process
  • Support the team in preparation of KPIs for weekly and monthly meetings
  • Download reports and prepare data for analysis, prepare dashboards and presentations
  • Support the creation of workflows of the different processes
  • Assist with requirements from the team with the support of massive uploads to planning systems

Basic Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications with advanced strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written English
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
  • Candidates should be proactive, adaptable and eager to learn
