Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, design, and data teams, managing timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Maintain data accuracy in Excel trackers, dashboards, and CRMs, ensuring all information is complete and up to date.
  • Prepare, format, and present reports and project updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture key discussion points, assign follow-up tasks, and ensure completion.
  • Identify potential process inefficiencies and propose practical, scalable improvements.
  • Support leadership in maintaining operational alignment across multiple initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • C2-level English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or in a similar client-facing or operational role.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, databases, or SaaS systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Background in data analysis, reporting, or operational support.
