This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations: Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, Argentina.

You will want to apply for this job in our Enterprise Solutions practice if you love working on projects where you’re transforming legacy systems and maximizing engineering productivity. You’ll be working on projects where you're building complex applications at scale, applying skills such as human-centered design, web & mobile development, systems integration, DevSecOps, cloud, and data architecture.


We’d Love to Hear From You If 

  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed work environment.
  • Front-end: Expertise with one or more JavaScript frameworks
  • Back-end: Experience with one or more languages/frameworks 
  • Experience with multiple architectural principles, including OOP, Modularity, and Service Based Architecture preferred.
  • Experience designing cloud-native solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database design and data architecture.
  • Experience with DevOps methodologies including CI/CD, monitoring, lean process, and general automation.
  • Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.
  • Familiarity with automated testing, including unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Leadership: 5+ years leading software development teams; Experience mentoring small teams of engineers
  • 8+ years experience in building and deploying service-oriented cloud-based applications
  • Experience working in software teams with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Previous development firm/agency environment preferably in a consulting space.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

The salary range for this full-time position is $3,800 to $6,500 USD per month. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all LATAM locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
