The purpose of this role is to provide expert HR and commercial knowledge to partner strategically with the business. The role is aligned to the business’ values and business strategy and achieves commercial goals through the delivery and implementation of people strategies. The role could be generalist in nature or focussed on a particular specialism within HR, for example, Employee Relations. The role will partner closely with the expert network and depending on the resourcing could be performing expert responsibilities more hands on.
Job Description:
The Human Resources Associate Business Partner is responsible for partnering with market and regional HRDs to develop and deliver the people aspects of the business plan for the entity you support. The Associate HRBP provides operational support in communication, implementation and monitoring of HR Strategy initiatives through research, analytical and reporting activities whilst working with the line managers where needed and acts as a key liaison on all HR processes and responds to people-oriented emergencies. The HRBP also champions change initiatives and focuses on overall organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Performance Management and Professional Development
- Support Market and Regional HR leads on the implementation and execution of major Human Resources processes (e.g. annual and midyear promotions, annual performance management, compensation, and salary administration) according to geographic/entity guidelines.
- Manage on-going performance feedback processes by providing regular guidance and training on delivering and receiving feedback, contributing to and reviewing formal input, discussing personnel issues, and supporting the implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Lead onboarding and training programs to retain high-quality talent.
Employee Engagement and People Strategy
- Support HR lead on the development and implementation of human capital strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on talent attraction, development, and retention.
- Partner with the market and regional HR Leads on the design and execution of initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall work environment.
- Partner with the Communications Team to develop internal communication plans to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Measure and report on employee engagement and satisfaction levels, using data to drive improvements.
General HR
- Partner with HR Representative Generalists to share best practices and contribute to knowledge capital.
- Partner with the HR Market leads on the implementation of people programs and initiatives.
- Parter with the reporting team on the design of reports and dashboards to support leaders to make the right people decisions. Partner with the HR Market leads on the succession planning and skill gap assessment for their markets support the LATAM markets on implementing the performance management process (peer groups creation, scheduling consistency conversations, etc)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years HR and Communications experience
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Must be able to interact effectively with employees and all levels of management.
- Proven track record of effective, multi-tasked project management
- Ability to keep confidential information protected
- Coaching/Facilitation skills
- Conflict and change management
- Nice to have: Workday knowledge
