What you'll do:
- Manage and optimize last-mile delivery partner performance, ensuring SLA compliance, cost efficiency, and strong relationships.
- Oversee delivery operations, including route optimization, capacity planning, and partner allocation to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Resolve operational challenges such as delayed deliveries, incomplete orders, and damaged goods, ensuring quick and effective solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives with partners, enhancing KPIs, efficiency, and automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., S&OP, Production to Deliver, Transportation) to align on priorities and support product launches.
- Plan and forecast delivery capacity based on volume trends and seasonality, ensuring readiness for peak periods.
Who we are looking for:
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Last Mile Delivery or Logistics Management within FMCG, E-commerce, or Retail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, Spanish language is a plus.
