We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Lapping Engineer to join our team in Binan, Philippines. This critical role involves overseeing and optimizing lapping and polishing processes to achieve high-precision surface finishes for various components, which is essential for our product quality and operational excellence.

• Develop and implement advanced lapping and polishing processes for a diverse range of materials and components, ensuring optimal surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
• Conduct thorough analysis and systematic optimization of existing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality, directly impacting our competitive edge in the market.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated lapping and polishing equipment with utmost precision, ensuring proper calibration and peak performance to meet stringent quality standards.
• Execute precise measurements and inspections using state-of-the-art metrology tools, maintaining the highest level of accuracy in all evaluations.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues through rigorous problem-solving methodologies, providing innovative solutions that advance our technological capabilities.
• Engage in critical collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and uphold stringent quality standards, ensuring seamless integration of lapping processes within the broader manufacturing context.
• Meticulously create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, procedures, and results, adhering to strict quality control protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor and integrate the latest advancements in lapping technology and industry best practices, ensuring our processes remain at the forefront of technological innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Materials Science, or Computer Engineering is mandatory.
• Demonstrated proficiency in CAD, Solidworks software, and advanced data analysis tools is essential.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail are critical for this role.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities are imperative for success in this position.
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment is crucial.
