Manage porter/valet scheduling and customer handoffs, coach and evaluate service drive staff, support sales as needed, orchestrate morning drive operations, maintain security and reception, train staff on department systems (including RR multi-Point), handle repeat repairs and upselling, report safety issues, and assist Service Manager.
