Summary:

The Land Operations Supervisor ensures accurate and timely confirmation of hotel, car rental, and land services while leading a team to deliver exceptional service to internal customers and vendors. They oversee daily operations, manage resources, and maintain high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Primary Duties:

• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of land operations staff, ensuring high performance and operational excellence.

• Ensure hotel, car rental & land services are confirmed for customers and confirmation numbers are entered into the Atlas system in an accurate and timely manner.

• Set goals and expectations for team, foster skill growth, conduct performance appraisals, and address performance gaps and disciplinary issues.

• Perform timekeeping duties including reviewing and approving timecards, verifying adherence to schedules, handling tardiness and absences, and reviewing and approving time-off requests.

• Develop and maintain department’s operating procedures and training materials.

• Ensure filing and tracking systems are maintained and coordinate the proper archival process for vendor reports and confirmations.

• Regularly assess procedures and identify opportunities to streamline and enhance efficiency.

• Other duties as assigned.

 

Prerequisites:

This highly motivated person must have:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Working knowledge of the Atlas system is preferred.

• Supervisory experience is preferred.

• Professional communication skills required, both written and oral, along with demonstrated people management skills, organizational skills and time management skills.

• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

 

Location: remote consideration

Compensation: The starting hourly pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00.
