SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating land development project workflow and activities, from pulling construction permits to turnover and bond exoneration.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in project planning and coordination efforts with vertical construction
Coordinate land development construction with power, telephone and gas companies
Manage development trades and schedules in accordance with Divisions goals
Support entitlement staff in preparation of budgets and schedules. Assist in preparing cost analyses
Support trade bidding and contracting efforts
Prepare and track work orders and forward to contract administration for payment
Support field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance
Monitor progress of land development projects. Provide Project Manager with reports on progress and issues needing attention
Assist in delivering projects according to quality, timing and budget specifications
Assist Project Manager with special projects or other activities as required

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3 years
Experience with material testing or survey a plus
Strong computer and contract skills
