About the location:

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. Unmatched hospitality, reputable specialists and natural beauty combine to offer a completely customized experience to discover one’s greatest well-being. At the heart of it all is the Sensei Way, an evidence-led approach integrating healthy living practices into three simple paths – Move, Nourish and Rest. Guided by highly trained practitioners in areas such as exercise physiology, nutrition, stress management, yoga and mindfulness, each stay is unique – itineraries are comprised from a selection of wellness classes, spa treatments, a range of island activities and world-class golf and tennis facilities complemented by nourishing and delicious dining by Nobu. The resort’s 10 spa hales are luxurious, Japanese-inspired oases of calm, each one featuring an ofuro bathtub, infrared sauna, steam, indoor and outdoor showers, oversized massage tables, private plunge pools and cozy lounging areas.

Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a candidate for the Lana'i Assistant Manager Program (L.A.M.P) with a primary focus in Laundry, as well as Housekeeping

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The L.A.M.P is a special management training program designed exclusively for residents of Lana'i. The L.A.M.P experience will be based within the Rooms division with a focus in Laundry as well as Housekeeping. The program will assist in developing skills for a successful management career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Over a period of 12 to 18 months, you will work and learn in various departments throughout the Four Seasons Lana'i and also participate in management training/courses. This outstanding opportunity is for any current Four Seasons Lana'i employee who has completed at least one year of service and have been a resident of Lana'i for at least 3 years.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
