Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. The L.A.M.P is a special management training program designed exclusively for residents of Lana'i. The L.A.M.P experience will be based within the Rooms division with a focus in Laundry as well as Housekeeping. The program will assist in developing skills for a successful management career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Over a period of 12 to 18 months, you will work and learn in various departments throughout the Four Seasons Lana'i and also participate in management training/courses. This outstanding opportunity is for any current Four Seasons Lana'i employee who has completed at least one year of service and have been a resident of Lana'i for at least 3 years.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
