We’ll be looking for you to join our highly skilled technology team. This role will require you to take on several complex and crucial responsibilities when it comes to monitoring and improving our local area network.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify business needs and appropriate hardware and software solutions.
- Provide support and maintenance of client technologies on workstations, servers, and peripherals with the goal of improving their customers’ ability to leverage technology to support the business.
- Design, build, and implement technical solutions for business applications.
- Respond to work requests regarding installation, configuration or maintenance of client software and the deployment of new technology releases, performing new PC installations, troubleshooting, and software repair.
- Participate in the planning of improvement actions for the infrastructure.
- Contribute to the maintenance and management of the production and low environments.
- Responsible for monitoring platform and server uptime and performance to keep them aligned to corporate defined SLAs and controlling script files lifecycle.
- Participate in CI / CD pipelines implementation projects.
Role Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree or be a student in Computer Science or a related field.
- Knowledge of these systems: Container Engines: Docker / Podman, Container Orchestration, Kubernetes Administration: Rancher / Docker EE / OpenShift, Red Hat Linux, Scripting (preferably Python).
- Analytical, organized, and methodical.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Teamwork attitude.
- Advanced English is required.
