Pay: $22.83 - $34.26 per hour depending on experience
Additional night shift premium of $2.50 per hour. Included in overtime hours and double-time hours.
Schedule: 12 hour - Night Shift 7:00pm – 7:00am on a 3/2 schedule

Up to $135 for uniforms

Overtime
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
Ability to be self-directed and multitask
Ability to lead and manage the performance of others
Timeliness
Ability to obtain forklift license and operate forklift
Ability to use a computer
Ability to calculate/count
The Laminator Operator is responsible for the overall operation of the Laminator, which includes, but is not limited to:
Set up and monitor the machine process to assure quality product
Ensure productivity goals are met for department/machine by monitoring run speeds, set up times, and coordination of support departments
Troubleshoot and correct problems
Communication orally and/or in writing to other departments for resolution of mechanical problems, reporting defective material, coordination of job preparations, changeovers and daily shift information
Accurate and timely production reporting
Training new associates
Comply with all safety rules
