What’s on offer?

We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Sydney Metro team where you will be working on multiple projects around Sydney metro area. Day to day you will:

• Assist in various construction and maintenance tasks on road assets.
• Operate tools and machinery in accordance with safety standards.
• Participate in site preparation, including setting up equipment and materials.
• Carry out repairs and general maintenance of road surfaces and adjoining structures.
• Follow project specifications and directions from supervisor and foreman to meet project goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety and health regulations.

What we need from you?

• Experience in civil construction, asphalt/ spray seal or maintenance, preferably in roads or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to handle physical workload and operate various machinery safely.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• No formal qualification is required, but a trade certification will be considered an advantage.
