We are looking for a motivated and reliable non-ferrous receiver to join our non-ferrous metals department at our Granby site. You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our site. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a strong work ethic.

What you will be responsible for:

• Sorting different types of non-ferrous metals;
• Classifying non-ferrous materials and determining the type of material;
• Weighing materials;
• Operating a forklift;
• Performing daily maintenance;
• Carrying out general site maintenance;
• Maintaining assets and equipment in good condition;
• Cleaning your work area at the end of the shift;
• Entering data into the RECY system;
• Offering prices to customers;
• Providing excellent customer service;
• Assisting with torch cutting when required;
• Preparing shipments and receiving materials;
• Wearing personal protective equipment.
