Labourer
WB Melback Corporation is a Canadian owned company in Haileybury, Ontario and provides mechanical maintenance and industrial construction services to Forestry and Mining across the country.
We are seeking local, reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The successful candidates will assist with various physical tasks at various locations. This role requires stamina, attention to safety, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation and clean-up
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Perform other labour duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous construction experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work site
- Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, WAH, Confined Space) are an asset
Compensation
$20.60-$30.90 per hour, based on collective agreement and experience
