Team DescriptionYou will be part of the Global Technical Quality team, helping scientists and technical experts deliver high-quality results through seamless operational execution, coordination, and logistics support.
Where You'll Make a Difference- Coordinate shipping and receiving of chemicals, biologics, standards, and laboratory consumables
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and supporting documentation
- Label, log, and track materials, samples, and shipments with accuracy
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for laboratory and office supplies
- Perform inventory audits and ensure accurate inventory records
- Support laboratory upkeep, including glassware washing and workspace organization
- Enable seamless laboratory operations by ensuring timely availability of materials and supplies
- Support daily lab logistics and processes to maintain operational efficiency
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or laboratory support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and structured working style
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of laboratory or logistics processes
- Experience supporting regulated laboratory environments
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or procurement tools
- Exposure to chemical or biologics handling and compliance requirements
