The Company aims to dramatically lower cleanroom false alarm rates, shorten emergency response times, and provide equipment-level autonomous safety intervention for high-value manufacturing operations.
The RoleIn this role, you will be on the front lines of conducting lab operations within our cleanroom simulation facilities. You will collaborate directly with our engineering and software teams to execute rigorous test protocols, operate specialised simulation equipment, log monitoring data, and enforce strict laboratory safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Laboratory Execution: Run testing cycles, environmental simulations, and hardware validation protocols for cleanroom electrical systems, fire suppression hardware, and gas detection sensors.
Lab Setup & Operations: Maintain the operational readiness of the Cleanroom Simulation Lab and Data Analysis Centre, including calibration of monitoring equipment, sensors, and gas detection devices.
Data Logging & Reporting: Record precise data during simulation runs, log abnormal event indicators, and compile clear operational reports for engineering and AI algorithm teams.
Safety & Compliance Standard Enforcement: Enforce strict cleanroom protocols, chemical/gas safety measures, electrical handling procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Inventory & Maintenance: Oversee laboratory supplies, testing consumables, tool maintenance, and vendor servicing for specialised lab hardware.
Technical Background: Bachelor’s degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline.
Lab / Cleanroom Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in laboratory management, cleanroom operations, semiconductor testing, or industrial testing environments.
Hands-on Capability: Familiarity with electrical testing tools, gas detection hardware, industrial sensors, or cleanroom infrastructure equipment.
Safety Protocols: Strong understanding of laboratory safety standards, hazardous material/gas handling, and cleanroom contamination controls.
Language Skills: Proficient in English and Cantonese or Mandarin to collaborate effectively with local technical staff and regional engineering teams.
Location: Based in Hong Kong with full working rights and ability to work on-site at lab facilities.
Fixed Salary: $75,000 USD per annum.
