We are seeking a Lab Coordinator to join our team. The Lab Coordinator is primarily an administrative and coordination role that supports the day-to-day operations of our QC Labs. This position will be responsible for processing Certificates of Analysis, managing laboratory supplies and documentation, coordinating multiple processes, and supporting lab technicians and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Shift: Monday – Friday (8am – 4pm)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage data entry and documentation of Raw Material supplier CoAs and escalate issues to the QC leadership team
  • Manage and order inventory for laboratory testing supplies
  • Coordinate multiple laboratory processes, priorities, and administrative tasks simultaneously
  • Organize, maintain, and audit QC lab testing paperwork and documentation
  • Work with interdepartmental teams to support lab operations, customers, and continuous process improvements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Associate’s or equivalent education in a Technical Degree
  • Lab experience, preferably in a QC, testing, research, or similar laboratory environment
  • Experience managing multiple processes, priorities, or projects simultaneously with strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Inventory management experience preferred, along with experience working with small to mid-size interdepartmental teams
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a customer-facing role
