What We Do
Goodwill Southern California is a nonprofit social enterprise whose mission is to transform lives through the power of work. It serves people facing barriers to employment—including veterans, people experiencing homelessness, individuals with disabilities, at-risk youth, and formerly incarcerated people—through training, work experience, and job placement.
