We are looking for a highly skilled L2 Engineer with expertise in Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS) platforms, cloud technologies, and proficiency in a wide range of tools and technologies including shell scripting, Python, Nginx, TCP/IP, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, AWS, AliCloud, Git/GitLab/SVN, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues related to our cloud technologies and services.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell, Python, and other scripting languages to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 technical support and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Linux system administrator with strong proficiency in Ubuntu and CentOS.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and AWS/AliCloud.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, and version control systems like Git/GitLab/SVN.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and services such as TCP/IP, HTTPS, VLAN, VPN, and AP/AC/PoE.
- Strong scripting skills in shell and Python for automation and system administration tasks.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
