L2 Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled L2 Engineer with expertise in Linux (Ubuntu and CentOS) platforms, cloud technologies, and proficiency in a wide range of tools and technologies including shell scripting, Python, Nginx, TCP/IP, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, AWS, AliCloud, Git/GitLab/SVN, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues related to our cloud technologies and services.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using shell, Python, and other scripting languages to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 technical support and respond to emergencies as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Linux system administrator with strong proficiency in Ubuntu and CentOS.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and AWS/AliCloud.
• Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, and version control systems like Git/GitLab/SVN.
• Familiarity with networking protocols and services such as TCP/IP, HTTPS, VLAN, VPN, and AP/AC/PoE.
• Strong scripting skills in shell and Python for automation and system administration tasks.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
