Summary
We’re hiring an L1 CloudOps Team Leader to build and lead our first-line cloud operations team. This leader will combine technical know-how with operational rigor and people leadership to ensure high availability, fast response, and world-class support for our Redis Enterprise cloud environments. You’ll develop a high-performing 24/7 team that thrives on ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

Lead and grow an L1 CloudOps team, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence.
Ensure 24/7 monitoring, rapid incident triage, and proper escalation to L2/L3 teams.
Maintain SLA adherence and deliver clear operational reports to leadership.
Build and continuously refine Procedures and incident response workflows.
Partner with senior engineers to improve tooling, observability, and reliability practices.
Guide the team through real-time events with calm, clarity, and decisive action.
Balance structured process discipline with agility in high-pressure situations.

Location

India / Bangalore

What You Bring

3+ years in cloud operations, NOC, or support roles; at least 1 year in a lead or shift-lead capacity.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with Linux troubleshooting fundamentals.
Knowledge of monitoring tools, incident management, and escalation workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to coach, align, and inspire.
Calm under pressure, operationally disciplined, and willing to dive in hands-on.
Bonus: Knowledge of Redis or distributed systems.
