Ideal candidate will have four (4) to seven (7) years of experience in an employment-specific, defense-side role, with a focus on litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, and other employment claims; experience advising employers on compliance issues relating to leaves of absence, performance management, wage and hour compliance, and terminations; and drafting personnel policies and employment agreements.
Qualified candidates will have solid academic performance in law school, strong interpersonal, writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability, desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career. Candidates must be in good standing with the NJ State Bar; NY admission also preferred.
The expected pay range for this position is:
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
