Líder IT CRM & Marketing Cloud (Hyper-Personalization Lead)


Descripción del puesto:

·        Responsable de liderar la ejecución y evolución de Salesforce Marketing Cloud como plataforma central de activación dentro del ecosistema de CRM, asegurando su correcta integración con otras nubes de Salesforce (Sales, Service, Data Cloud) y plataformas externas.

·        Forma parte del IT CRM Cell y trabaja en conjunto con el Arquitecto de Soluciones, Data & Analytics y proveedores externos para implementar capacidades de hiper-personalización, journeys y activación omnicanal.

·        Rol enfocado en delivery, operación y evolución de Marketing Cloud, con visión de ecosistema. 

Principales responsabilidades

Liderar la implementación y evolución de Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Diseñar y ejecutar journeys, segmentación y activación de campañas.
Integrar Marketing Cloud con Data Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud y otros sistemas.
Ejecutar la consolidación y estandarización de canales y herramientas de contacto.
Coordinar equipos internos (especialistas, devs, QA) y proveedores externos.
Asegurar delivery continuo bajo metodologías ágiles (PODs).
Implementar casos de uso de personalización (lifecycle, NBO, triggers).
 

Skills y experiencia requerida

Core

5–8 años en Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experiencia liderando implementaciones o evolución de SFMC.
Salesforce

Experiencia operando Marketing Cloud en entornos con múltiples Business Units y alta complejidad de campañas.
Dominio de:
Journey Builder
Contact Builder
Automatización y segmentación
Conocimiento de integración con:
Data Cloud
Sales / Service Cloud
Integración

Experiencia en integraciones (APIs, data flows).
Entendimiento de ecosistemas omnicanal con múltiples plataformas de contacto (ej. email, WhatsApp, push, call center).
Delivery

Experiencia liderando equipos híbridos (internos + vendors).
Trabajo en metodologías ágiles (Scrum / PODs).
Experiencia gestionando backlog, releases y prioridades en entornos de delivery continuo.
Data-driven marketing

Experiencia en segmentación, personalización y activación basada en datos (audiencias, triggers, comportamiento).
 

Soft skills
