Principais responsabilidades:
- Atuar como ponto focal na gestão administrativa do almoxarifado, com ênfase na análise de dados operacionais, acompanhamento de KPIs e desenvolvimento de ferramentas de controle (torre de controle) que suportem a tomada de decisão e a melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos;
- Efetuar a coordenação direta da equipe do almoxarifado responsável pelas atividades do armazém e suporte direto à produção, estabelecendo atividades e avaliando desempenho por meio de índices internos, a fim de proporcionar o nível de serviço adequado, atendendo aos requerimentos de qualidade e segurança;
- Monitorar e analisar indicadores-chave de desempenho do almoxarifado, como acuracidade de inventário, tempo de atendimento, produtividade e SLA de abastecimento;
- Desenvolver e manter dashboards e relatórios gerenciais utilizando ferramentas como Excel, Power BI ou similares;
- Estruturar e implementar a torre de controle da área, garantindo visibilidade em tempo real das operações e desvios;
- Apoiar a Gerência e seus pares com análises de causa raiz e planos de ação baseados em dados;
- Liderar projetos com foco em sustentabilidade e segurança;
- Interagir com áreas como Planejamento, Compras, Produção e Qualidade para melhoria de fluxo, redução de desvios e busca por projetos de net savings;
- Conduzir investigação de desvios e definição de planos de ação adequados para evitar recorrências.
Por que VOCÊ?
Suas qualificações:
- Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Engenharia, Farmácia, Logística, Engenharia de Dados ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência em operações logísticas, preferencialmente em almoxarifado ou centro de distribuição;
- Desejável experiência com liderança de equipe;
- Conhecimento em gestão de contratos e orçamentos;
- Pacote Office e Power BI avançados;
- Inglês avançado.
Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento em metodologias Lean e Six Sigma;
- Experiência com Power Apps e Power Automate;
- Python avançado;
- Domínio em sistema WMS e ERP SAP (Módulo MM).
