What You'll Be Doing
As our Learning & Development Business Partner, you will:
- Lead the deployment and local execution of KONE's learning strategy, ensuring alignment with regional, area, and global priorities.
- Partner with business leaders, People & Culture teams, and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into effective learning and performance solutions.
- Own and drive the successful rollout of strategic learning programs across leadership development, sales excellence, digital capability, AI skills, and other key business priorities.
- Manage all aspects of program delivery, including scheduling, communications, stakeholder engagement, logistics, learner support, evaluations, and reporting.
- Coordinate learning events and development activities with a strong focus on operational excellence and participant engagement.
- Coordinate graduate and apprentice development activities, working closely with Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, managers, and business leaders.
- Promote the adoption of digital learning solutions and emerging technologies, helping employees leverage modern learning experiences and AI-enabled tools.
- Track key learning metrics and performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact.
- Ensure operational excellence in learning delivery, maintaining high standards of administration, governance, compliance, and data integrity within Workday Learning and other learning platforms.
- Use data and insights to make recommendations that increase participation, strengthen capability development, and improve organisational performance.
- Manage subcontractor training requirements, including safety certifications and installation and maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with learning governance, mandatory training requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Organisational Development, or a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- 3-5+ years' experience in Learning & Development, with strong experience in learning deployment, facilitation, and program management.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience delivering leadership development, sales capability, digital skills, or early careers programs.
- Outstanding facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Experience working within complex, matrixed, or multinational environments.
- A passion for learning innovation, digital learning technologies, and the application of AI to enhance workforce capability and performance.
