The Role

Our Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your growth in some of the most in-demand areas of tech today: Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Data Architecture, Data Science, Hyperautomation, Application Development, SAP FICO, and Cloud Engineering.

You’ll begin with an immersive learning experience focused on developing essential business, technical, and consulting skills. Throughout the 2-year program, you’ll benefit from mentorship, industry project rotation, and specialization opportunities that will help shape your future in tech.

After completing the program, you’ll be ready to take on a role in either our Delivery or Go-to-Market teams — depending on your skills, interests, and career goals.

What You’ll Do

As part of our Consult organization, you’ll work with high-profile clients and contribute to complex projects that make a real difference. Your role may vary depending on your area of focus, but responsibilities may include:

• Developing end-to-end technology solutions for real-world challenges
• Supporting clients in their cloud, automation, application, or data transformation journeys
• Helping design and implement modern operating models and agile ways of working
• Applying innovative thinking to analyze problems and propose impactful solutions
• Collaborating across disciplines in a fast-paced, inclusive environment

We are looking for recent or soon-to-be graduates who are passionate about technology and eager to build a career in a global IT services company. To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate interest in some of our key focus areas, such as:

Requirements:

We are looking for curious individuals with an innovative mindset and a strong desire to keep learning in a dynamic and multicultural environmentBasic knowledge of software development, including front-end and back-end web applications. Knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:

• Development of APIs and microservices
• Understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and database management (both relational and non-relational)
• Programming experience in languages such as Python or Java (a plus)
• Interest or experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of automation concepts, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Analytical mindset and interest in learning about finance through tools like SAP, especially in the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver user-centered solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
• Intermediate or higher level of English (preferred)
