We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a KYC & Payouts Specialist!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct timely revision and assessment of outgoing financial transactions.
- Executing customer account verifications.
- Recognizing abusive gaming patterns.
- Performing thorough checks in customer’s statistics to estimate their significance.
- Working on improving company product.
- Ensure that related software solutions operate effectively and in alignment with processes.
- Recommend enhancements to the payouts process for improved efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in English language above B2.
- Computer literacy.
- Good organizational skills and with great attention to details.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
