La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’area KYC 1LoD e sarà responsabile dell’analisi di Adeguata Verifica della Clientela (KYC) CDD/EDD e del Transaction Monitoring (TDD) per clienti Private Individual (PI) e Business Banking (BuBa – Freelancer e Sole Proprietorship), nel rispetto della normativa AML/CFT vigente e delle policy interne.
Il ruolo prevede l’utilizzo costante di sistemi informativi dedicati alla profilazione e al monitoraggio del rischio cliente.
Key Responsibilities:
- Esecuzione dell’adeguata verifica della clientela (rafforzata o semplificata) su clienti retail e business;
- Analisi e valutazione della documentazione KYC (identificazione, origine dei fondi e del patrimonio, etc…)
- Attribuzione e aggiornamento del profilo di rischio AML del cliente
- Gestione dei ricalcoli periodici del profilo di rischio e delle revisioni KYC
- Verifica della coerenza tra profilo cliente, operatività e prodotto
- Gestione di richieste di integrazione documentale e interlocuzione con le strutture commerciali
- Supporto nella gestione di alert e anomalie rilevate dai sistemi di controllo
- Corretta archiviazione e tracciabilità delle attività svolte, nel rispetto delle procedure interne e degli obblighi normativi
Competenze e skill richieste
Competenze tecniche
- - Conoscenza della normativa Antiriciclaggio (AML/CFT) e dei principi di Adeguata Verifica della Clientela
- - Esperienza, anche breve, in ambito KYC / Compliance / Operations bancarie
- - Capacità di analisi di clienti **retail, ditte individuali, PMI e società**
- - Familiarità con concetti di:
- - Titolare Effettivo
- - Strutture societarie
- - Valutazione del rischio cliente
- - Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici (Excel, sistemi gestionali KYC)
Competenze trasversali
- - Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
- - Capacità di analisi critica e valutazione del rischio
- - Buone capacità organizzative e rispetto delle scadenze
- - Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione interfunzionale
- - Riservatezza e affidabilità nella gestione di informazioni sensibili
Requisiti
- Laurea (preferibilmente in ambito economico, giuridico o finanziario)
- Esperienza pregressa in contesti bancari, finanziari o consulenziali (titolo preferenziale)
- Conoscenza della normativa AML italiana ed europea
