Ihre Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung von Kund:innen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle

• Analyse und Lösung von Kundenanfragen

• Weitergabe von Informationen zu administrativen und technischen Anliegen (Produkte, Rechnungen usw.)

• Änderungen im System vornehmen

• Weiterleitung von Störungen oder Anrufen an andere Abteilungen

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau

• Kundenorientierte Einstellung

• Hervorragende Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Zweischichtsystem zwischen 8:00 und 22:00 Uhr, Montag bis Sonntag, 5 Tage pro Woche, 40 Stunden pro Woche
