As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data that drives decision-making and improves business performance. You will also support our digital analytics initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, develop key analytical skills, and contribute to high-impact projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Assist in building dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau.
- Analyze tracked data and provide actionable insights to optimize website performance, conversions, and overall marketing strategies.
- Support the team in creating data visualizations and presentations for internal and client use.
- Support the setup and testing of tracking tags in GTM and assist with analyzing user behavior using GA4 reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Support the team with data strategies and analytics recommendations ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
What We're Looking For:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including how to set up tags and view basic reports.
- Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies and analytical techniques.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly.
