We’re looking for a MENA Creator Partnerships Lead to join our Creator team! As a member of the Talent team, you will mainly help oversee relationships with celebrities and content creators based in the MENA region, and also help our larger content organization hone its editorial perspective for localized content. Often you will be in the field, inspiring and motivating creators, and helping them to understand Snapchat in ways that help unlock their creativity. Working from our Saudi office, you’ll collaborate with the EMEA and US based Creator Partnerships & Editorial team, as well as the MENA based sales team. 

What you’ll Do

  • Build strategy, outreach and onboarding efforts with creators to develop innovative and high impact partnerships.

  • Work with creators and influencers to help them execute projects that make use of Snapchat in creative ways during the biggest moments in their lives.

  • Serve as an internal advocate within Snapchat for partners, including working with Sales and Product teams.

  • Define best practices, articulate and identify unique Snapchat differentiators to the creator community.

  • Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners.

  • Serve as a spokesperson for Snapchat.

  • Contribute to Snapchat’s editorial perspective in current events around entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle, and fashion. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working for either a platform or in talent management, PR or partner program management. 

  • Experience using Snapchat.

  • Experience leveraging rolodex of industry and creator contacts.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects. 

  • Understanding of the digital industries and creator ecosystems. 

  • Ability to think strategically about issues, research, and understand trends in order to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently to drive multiple time-sensitive, high-priority projects.

  • Firm command of communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Snapchat.

  • Deep understanding of current events in entertainment, sports, lifestyle, and fashion.

  • Strong editorial judgment and knowledge of pop culture.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
