Job Description
- Work closely with the rest of the Pre-Sales and Product management team and build Proof of Concepts ( PoC) using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and AI powered platform focused on advanced technologies such as deep learning, process automation, etc. Understand the existing system architecture and do the fit-gap analysis. Understand SOW, Business requirement document, Functional requirement document and Technology management plan.
- Expand or modify the system to serve a new purpose or improve the workflow by following the concepts of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — Agile and Waterfall.

- Analysis and documenting discovery models and process maps using Enterprise architecture tools. Analyze and modify discovery models and process maps using Enterprise architecture tools such as Star.ai Cloud.
- Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements; Analyze and determine functional technical specifications of user need to migrate the existing system into Cloud Platform (Microsoft Azure, SharePoint and Google Cloud Platform).
- Working with client customers and consultants for technical requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
- Perform tool evaluation and feasibility to help in selecting suitable Automation tool for RPA (Uipath or Automation Anywhere) implementation for ERP (Intuit, etc) and Cloud Based Solutions (Star.ai e Discovery).
- Assist the company (Startekk dba Star Workforce Solutions) with Digital Transformation to be able to provide dynamic and efficient digital experience for customers using UI/UX technologies (JSP, XML, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, JavaScript). Gather requirements from the business internal / external users and analyze requirement and needs for complete digital transformation.
- Create Business Process specifications, business process modeling, technical specifications, workflows and implement solution through custom programming, product BPM and RPA Toots as per the Business Requirement.
- Analyze the feasibility of existing process suitable for automation. Perform comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements for both front-tier and middle-tier applications.
- Analyzes and evaluates existing business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and alternative business solutions; workflows; identifies preliminary conversion needs, interface requirements and IT services scope Collects and analyses metrics; creates unit costs for business case;
- Evaluate the specific needs of the users required for enhancing Business Process Management, documenting discovery models, process maps and automation of the existing system.
- Develop Cloud Migration Blueprint according to customer specifications, requirements and needs and add the framework to Star.ai Cloud to build a comprehensive automated solution.
- Design and configure, maintain and manage a Cloud Server for Continuous Integration of tools to needed for day-to-day operations
- Develop Database Content creation and maintenance of various logging databases in DB Server hosted on the Cloud.
- Entrusted with the task of creating and maintaining the supporting documentations that include Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) PDD (Process Definition Document) Procedures, SDD (Solution Design Documents). and technical Configurations working with Business SMEs
- Working closely with different SMEs in making changes in developed processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements and improvements.
- Collect data, logs from the Cloud Hosted Application and Services; Generate data driven analysis of existing business processes; Suggest or advice of improvements for business process with focus on accuracy, and responsiveness of these processes.
- Perform tool evaluation and feasibility to help in selecting suitable Automation tool for Cloud and RPA implementation.
- Creating process models and apply them to existing and future documentation; documenting Standard operations procedures (SOPs), Assisting with the identification of potential vendors; creating Requests for information and forwards to potential vendors; evaluates RFI responses and assists in narratives in the development of Requests for Proposal; reviews and evaluates RFP responses; creating presentation on BPM/RPA for business units.
- Research latest business process management (BPM), Cloud Tools, and RPA technologies Software requirement specification (SRS) and present the information to the management for better decision making. Balance the project team focus on strategic and tactica1 business objectives. Use business data modeling to design software systems to perform portfolio risk and regulatory analyses. Participate in the development of implementation strategies and plans with business units.
- Administer the Cloud Control Panel by assigning permission levels to all users of the system and configuring anonymous access, with proper approval as required.
- Prepare training documentation for end-user training for Applications and Services (Star.ai e Discovery) integrated on the Cloud (Star.ai Cloud). Provide training and support for business users daily during their activities on the Applications and on the site. This task would include preparing, changing and uploading proper documents, starting an approval workflow etc.
- Prepare requirements document for migrating the On-Premise to Cloud and also enhancing the Cloud System for feature and Star Workforce’ new product initiative (i.e Star.ai e Discovery, Star.ai Cloud) as per business unit proposals.
- Assist with design, perform configuration, testing and ensure specification needs are met as utilization is expanded
- Assists with implementation and post-implementation activities in the development and improvement of existing relationships with vendors, working with technical system design supported vendors for efforts to act achieve maximum operational efficiency
Qualifications
These duties are too complex and specialized to be performable with a bachelor’s degree related to computer science or computer information systems or information technology.
