Job Description

  • Lead the launch of a new strategic product from market shaping to commercialization

  • Localize global strategies and translate market insights into actionable business plans

  • Drive product performance, portfolio growth, and business results while acting as the Product Business Owner.

  • Lead cross-functional projects and align key stakeholders

  • Build and manage relationships with Internal & External stakeholders

  • Partner with regional and global teams to drive strategic initiatives

  • Demonstrate leadership through mentoring, influence, and organizational development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with at least 8 years in Marketing. Experience within Ophthalmology or related therapeutic areas is a plus.
  • Proven track record in pharmaceutical marketing, including product management, brand strategy, and portfolio lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of patient journey, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and treatment ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to translate insights into actionable business plans.
  • Experience leading product launches, brand growth initiatives, and omnichannel marketing campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Fluent English & Korean communication skills with proven experience working in a regional or global matrix environment.

Skills Required
