Job Responsibilities
1.Develop KOL collaboration plans, screen and expand creator resources that align with the brand’s positioning.
2.Liaise with KOLs to communicate cooperation needs, pricing, contracts, and campaign schedules.
3.Write and optimize Campaign Briefs to ensure content meets brand requirements.
4.Follow up on sample delivery, content production, review, and publishing process from start to finish.
5.Maintain long-term relationships and improve the re-engagement rate of high-quality KOLs.
6.Track content performance, analyze exposure, engagement, traffic, and conversion data, and produce post-campaign reports.
7.Support new product launches, brand events, promotions, and offline needs.
Qualifications
1.Experience in KOL / Influencer Marketing, social media operations, or brand marketing.
2.Familiarity with overseas social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and their creator ecosystems.
3.Strong communication and coordination skills, able to independently drive KOL collaboration projects.
4.Good English reading and writing skills, capable of using English as a working language; proficiency in other languages (e.g., German, French) is a plus.
5.Strong data analysis skills, able to continuously optimize collaboration effectiveness based on project data.
6.High sense of responsibility and execution, with excellent cross-team collaboration abilities.
7.Interest in overseas markets, consumer electronics, or smart home industries is preferred.
