【 What you'll do 】
KOL/KOC 策略與執行
制訂 KOL/KOC 合作策略，從預算規劃、篩選洽談，到發布後優化投放效果
追蹤合作成效，分析數據並優化投放策略，確保品牌曝光與內容轉化效果最大化。
跨品牌/跨界合作
協助拓展跨品牌或跨界合作，提升品牌聲量與市場影響力。
協調合作細節，確保專案執行順暢並達成雙方目標。
數據分析與優化
定期整理與分析合作的成效數據，提供具體建議以優化未來合作策略。
【Who you are】
具備 3 年以上 KOL 合作經驗，有 PR 經驗更佳，熟悉 KOL 生態與執行流程（台灣為主，香港為輔）
擅長開發與管理合作關係，具備優秀的談判與溝通能力，能獨立執行合作專案
近半年有非仰賴Agency的直接執行經驗，從篩選到發文後的成效優化，皆獨立完成
優秀的內容規劃能力、審美力、數據敏感度
熟悉 Canva，會其他編輯軟體加分
平時工作有使用AI提升效率的習慣，如ChatGPT、AI agent
喜歡主動嘗試、擅長溝通協作，優秀的自律和時間管理能力
喜歡毛小孩，有養寵物經驗者優先
