The Role
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for identifying, developing, and driving Korean accounts located in Mekong –Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos.

Key responsibilities

1. Drive Korean customers businesses of both L&S and OCEAN in Mekong Area in conjunction with Maersk Korea team in the context of network selling.

2. Identify and develop new Korean customers and their businesses in Mekong Area.

3. Ensure KOA target result is delivered.

4. Ensure to be a go-to person when it comes to Korean accounts development.

5. Own both short-team and long-term KOA business development plan.

Area of responsibility

1. Manage KOA pipeline in SFDC in conjunction with respective & assigned sales reps.

2. Ensure KOA pipeline is on the right track.

3. Primary target customers are large Korean BCOs including KCRB (KC, Runway and Boosters)

4. Developing focused products and trade-lane in conjunction with key stakeholders

Key performance indicator

1. Actual KOA L&S revenue and Ocean FFE

2. KOA pipeline in SFDC

3. New customer acquisition

Required qualification and skills

1. Strong product knowledge in both L&S and OCEAN and understanding how they work.

2. Good understanding on customers entire supply chain and its bottleneck.

3. Solution sales skill for end to end.

4. Strong hunter mind-set and always being proactive.

5. Strong network selling skills and stakeholder management capability.

6. Language proficiency: Native Korean level, Fluent English level

7. Being a good team player
