- Create, structure and maintain the documentation our operations teams rely on — processes, SOPs, guides, launch material for both in-house Ninjas and BPO partners.
- Keep content accurate as the product evolves. In a company shipping this fast, keeping documentation current is most of the work.
- Set the standards: how a document is structured, how it's reviewed, when it's retired.
- Map how operational content gets created today and rebuild it as a workflow with clear inputs, outputs and owners.
- Build the process for new launches first, then for updates, then extend it to our BPO partners.
- Partner with Product so documentation is part of a launch, not a follow-up to one.
- Work with QA to find where guidance is failing in practice, and close the gap.
- Work with Learning & Enablement to create a seamless hand-off process so that every published SOP automatically triggers updated LMS courses, quizzes, and training materials.
- Work with Compliance and GRC so what we publish holds up.
- Bring proposals, not just tickets — you'll see the same friction repeatedly before anyone else does, and we want to hear about it.
- Fluent English, spoken and written. You'll write in it and you'll work with teams across the company in it.
- A background in content built for people to learn from — instructional design, UX writing, editorial work, or education. We care about the training more than the job title: what matters is that you're obsessive about content and pedagogically minded.
- Documentation experience in a real operation — knowledge management, process documentation, process mapping, SOPs, content workflows, continuous improvement.
- Hands-on with a documentation tool. We use Notion; Confluence or similar is fine — we don't consider this a blocker, but we will ask how you document today.
- Assertive communication. You'll be the reference for documentation, which means knowing who to talk to and how to talk to them.
- Attention to detail that doesn't switch off, and the curiosity to propose what could work better rather than waiting to be asked.
- Comfortable using AI for documentation work.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working.
- Based in Buenos Aires or Mexico City.
- These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
- Competitive salary
- Initial stock options grant
- Annual performance bonus
- Health, dental, and vision plans
- Currently remote, we are aiming to move to a flexible hybrid model within the next few months
- Continuous learning opportunities
- Unlimited PTO
- Paid parental leave
- Empowering opportunities for growth in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
