The Defense Intelligence Enterprise produces extraordinary work, but only if analysts can find, share, and build on it. As a Knowledge Manager supporting DIA, you'll align the processes and technology that make information sharing actually happen, shaping workflows, managing content and records systems, and making sure the right intelligence reaches the right people across every network it needs to travel. At the senior level, you'll do this work at its highest degree of difficulty, and you'll multiply your impact by leading and mentoring the team around you. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.

Work Schedule: 5 days, 8 hours/day M-F

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead knowledge management strategy for the supported organization, from formal production and taskings to enterprise search and discovery
  • Drive adoption of knowledge management practices across analytic teams that have their own ways of doing things
  • Advise government leaders on future KM requirements, tools, and process improvements backed by usage data
  • Mentor mid-level knowledge managers and standardize KM processes across task orders
  • Own the metrics story: demonstrate, with numbers, how KM is improving analytic production

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 12+ years of relevant knowledge management experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years
  • Master's degree desired in a related field
  • Demonstrated leadership of KM programs or teams
  • Track record of measurable improvements to information sharing and analytic production
