Knowledge Manager (Mid-Level)

Amentum is seeking a Knowledge Manager (Mid-Level) to support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

The Defense Intelligence Enterprise produces extraordinary work, but only if analysts can find, share, and build on it. As a Knowledge Manager supporting DIA, you'll align the processes and technology that make information sharing actually happen, shaping workflows, managing content and records systems, and making sure the right intelligence reaches the right people across every network it needs to travel. This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs, security clearance verification, and funding availability.

Work Schedule: (shift hours and days of the week)

5 days, 8 hours/day M-F

Essential Responsibilities:

• Align processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production
• Administer and improve centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems
• Shape workflows and processes so that search, discovery, storage, and retrieval of data actually serve the mission
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and identify future requirements for knowledge management capabilities
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals, ensuring nothing gets stranded on the wrong domain

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• 8+ years of relevant knowledge management experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Hands-on experience with content management, records management, and workflow tools
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across analytic and technical teams

Security Clearance Required:

• Active TS/SCI clearance

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum Years of Experience:

• 8+ years of relevant knowledge management experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years

Preferred Qualifications: AI if applicable to your program

• Prior DIA or IC experience
• SharePoint, records management, or content management certifications
• Cross-domain dissemination experience

This position is designated as a safety sensitive position.

The base salary range for this position is $80k to $160k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
