In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Manage, organize, and maintain knowledge, data, and information assets in accordance with established KCS, ISO, and organizational standards.
  • Maintain document repositories and information systems, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Organize and classify documents and information using established taxonomies and content standards.
  • Perform regular reviews and audits to support information quality, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Create and maintain documentation for knowledge and information management processes and workflows.
  • Support knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and maintain business information.
  • Support compliance with ISO standards and organizational information governance policies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in data, information, document, content, or knowledge management.
  • Experience with document management and document maintenance processes.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Library Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodology and best practices.
  • Experience with enterprise content management (ECM) systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including content management, configuration, or site design.
