Title:
Knowledge Management Specialist- Support leadership and the Knowledge Management Lead with internal office operations, organizational communications, and administrative processes.
- Draft, review, edit, and coordinate reports, newsletters, memorandums, executive briefings, and other communication products.
- Analyze, track, consolidate, and respond to internal and external inquiries while ensuring timely completion of assigned actions.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings, ceremonies, events, and organizational engagements, including development of agendas, briefing materials, and supporting documentation.
- Execute knowledge management processes to ensure organizational information is captured, organized, stored, and readily accessible to authorized users.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflow documentation, and knowledge management guidance materials.
- Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and Microsoft Teams environments, including permissions, content organization, and site governance.
- Enhance SharePoint user experience through implementation of HTML, CSS, JSON, and platform customization techniques.
- Design and develop Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards to improve business processes, automate manual activities, and provide actionable performance metrics.
- Monitor platform utilization, user engagement, data quality, and system performance while recommending improvements that support mission effectiveness.
- Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft SharePoint Online environments and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience developing and maintaining organizational SOPs, process documentation, or knowledge management artifacts.
- Experience supporting U.S. Army, federal government, or Department of War organizations through information management, collaboration, or business process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with SharePoint Online site configuration, permissions management, and content administration
- Experience supporting Army acquisition programs or related federal acquisition organizations.
- Experience implementing enterprise knowledge management frameworks and governance processes.
- Experience customizing SharePoint Online using HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or SharePoint-related certifications.
- Experience developing executive-level dashboards and performance reporting solutions.
