Leidos Digital Modernization team is looking for a Knowledge Management (KM) and SharePoint Lead at our customer site at The Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.
As the KM & SharePoint Lead, you will be responsible for implementing an organizational knowledge management strategy and providing oversight to the SharePoint organization. In this role, you will support a dynamic and rewarding opportunity supporting a critical Leidos customer. Our mission is unique, and we can help our customer establish a new strategy and shape the outcome in the most efficient manner possible.
This position is hybrid, however you must be within commuting distance of the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA to go in office one to two days per week. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret clearance to start.
What will you do in this role?

Establish a knowledge management strategy for the organization including the proper tools while aligning to the organization's goals and objectives.

Define and implement the organization's knowledge management taxonomy, ontology, and meta-data tagging approach to shape and categorize knowledge objects.

Define and establish the proper search engine and retrieval mechanism to access knowledge articles.

Support the Government's knowledge management strategies propelling the collaboration between the organization's Directorates and guiding the leadership to enhance the knowledge management initiatives.

Encourage the adoption of knowledge management practices across the organization.

Enable the utilization of knowledge management tools employing repeatable processes and procedures.

Support the knowledge management organization to drive engagement, self-service, and mindshare.

Assess and establish all bases of knowledge management including training materials and executive presentations.

Maintain the executive leadership abreast of the knowledge management implementation status.

Collaborate with organization leaders to deliver expertise on how knowledge management and communities of practice ingenuities can drive and deliver optimal organizational results.

Work in partnership with all Directorates to boost knowledge management industry best practices, determine a business alignment, and drive a united approach to the implementation of enterprise knowledge management.

Establish knowledge diffusion and sharing by promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization.

Design and implement SharePoint solutions to improve processes and boost end-user experience.

Customize SharePoint sites using web parts, workflows, Power Automate, InfoPath, and other relevant capabilities.

Utilize Agile best practices and SDLC to improve development releases.

Support the organization with SharePoint issues, migrations, or upgrades.
Basic Qualifications:
-
BA/BS degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience, additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience with developing and implementing enterprise strategies.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-
Proven experience with re-engineering initiatives.
-
Experience with change management.
-
Solid experience with SharePoint administration and development activities.

Knowledge of SharePoint online.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-
Detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

US Citizenship with an active Top Secret government security clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with federal organizations and interacting with senior civilian and military personnel.

Ability to develop and present information/decision briefings to senior Government leaders.

Solid organization skills and attention to detail.

Pay Range:Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
