At dLocal’s Commercial Knowledge Management team, we’re passionate about creating a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We’re currently looking for a Knowledge Management & Innovation Analyst to help us boost quality, scale our impact and measure with precision.As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our learning programs, internal communications, and innovation initiatives run seamlessly. You’ll combine your instructional design knowledge and organizational skills with a proactive mindset to bring structure, creativity, and measurable results to everything we do.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, organize and deliver our company-wide dLocal trainings (both design and delivery: calendar invites, attendance tracking, post-session feedback).
  • Work with payment experts to create content (short reels, Google Slides, one-pages) that will help new joiners in their on-boarding and also to the whole company in their day-to-day.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify automation opportunities and lead small-scale AI or process improvement initiatives.
  • Support communication efforts of the KM strategy, ensuring our internal brand keeps growing across email groups, Slack channels and 1:1 interactions.
  • Track and analyze engagement and impact metrics from KM programs to help us continuously improve.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of work experience in areas related to Knowledge Management, Instructional Design, Content Creation or Culture & Internal Communications.
  • Interest in technology, AI, and innovative ways of working.
  • Strong organization skills and great attention to detail — you take pride in delivering quality work.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
