Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, organize, and maintain the company’s internal and external knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
  • Collaborate with product, support, and training teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content creation.
  • Write, edit, and format clear and user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and help articles.
  • Implement and follow content governance standards, including style guides and taxonomy structures.
  • Analyze user feedback and knowledge base metrics to continuously improve content quality and accessibility.
  • Ensure alignment between the knowledge base and other tools
  • Train team members on knowledge base best practices and content management tools.

Requirements
  • Proven experience with content development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
  • Strong attention to detail, structure, and consistency in content organization.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools to optimize content discoverability.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of UX writing and information architecture principles.
